Expo West 2026: A Brand Refresh, Beautifully Realized
Rishi Tea & Botanicals arrived in Anaheim with more than new graphics to hang. The brand had gone through a meaningful refresh — an updated logo, a refined visual identity, a deepened emphasis on its botanical wisdom positioning — and its Expo West presence needed to reflect that evolution. The challenge wasn't starting from scratch. It was making a familiar exhibit feel completely new.
Targeted Upgrades, Transformative Results
Rather than a full rebuild, Featherlite worked with Rishi to find the right places to invest within the existing custom exhibit. New shelving units created a dedicated wall for the breadth of the lineup — loose-leaf teas, bagged blends, matcha, tea concentrates, and sparkling botanical beverages — arranged across tiers in a display closer to a curated retail environment than a trade show exhibit. A new branded countertop anchored the sampling side of the space, working as both a functional bar, where staff poured tea-infused refreshers like Pineapple Glow Tonic and Pink Sunrise, and a polished brand touchpoint visible from the aisle.
Design That Lets the Brand Lead
The graphic refresh carried the updated identity across every surface. A large-format backlit graphic of a hand placing a tea bag into a cup anchored the exhibit's front face — a sensory cue of warmth, ritual, and craftsmanship before anyone had tasted a thing. A deep navy back wall bearing Rishi's gold botanical seal added depth at the rear of the space, while warm wood-finish shelving gave the environment an organic, retail-quality feel. Near the entrance, a terracotta pedestal offered a curated product vignette alongside a Retail Tea Guide, giving buyers and retail partners something tangible to take beyond the sampling line.
The Refresh That Proved the Point
In 2025, the promise of this system was speed: quick, economical updates that keep an exhibit current across shows. In 2026, Rishi collected on that promise. Targeted investments in shelving, a counter, and graphics delivered a presence that felt fully realized and brand-new, without the cost or lead time of starting over — an exhibit that stood out in one of CPG's most competitive show environments while staying unmistakably Rishi.
