Portamix: an open footprint with bold impact 

Portamix specializes in mobile mixing stations designed for construction and flooring applications. At World of Concrete, product demonstration was the top priority. With large concrete mixers to display, they needed a 20x20 space that felt open and functional. Featherlite delivered a SYNC+ solution featuring a Medallion 2 tower with built-in storage, an overhead hanging sign, and four custom, wood podiums with underlighting to highlight their equipment. The combination of height and bold red elements helped the booth cut through the visual noise of the show floor. Without a formal reception counter, the layout encouraged attendees to walk through and view the products from all angles. Portamix has continued using this same booth at multiple shows and has been extremely happy with both the impact and performance.

Concrete Countertop Solutions: Elevating the experience 

Concrete Countertop Solutions sells forms, mixes, stains, sealer, and all other tools needed for decorative concrete jobs. The company came to Featherlite looking for a more polished and modern presence on the show floor, something that reflected the quality and innovation behind their proprietary products. Featherlite created a custom SYNC+ island booth with a cleaner, more graphic-driven approach. Double-sided light boxes with custom wood counters and shelving helped organize the space while adding sophistication and visual clarity. Smaller samples replaced large slabs, and custom counters were topped with the client’s own product line, bringing their materials to life in a tangible, compelling way. The result was a booth that felt fresh, functional, and elevated.  

MA Industries: One booth, multiple configurations 

MA Industries – a supplier for the precast concrete market – needed versatility. With a busy show calendar and multiple exhibit sizes to plan for, they wanted a single booth system that could flex from a 20x20 island to a 10x20, 10x10, or even a tabletop display, while maintaining consistent branding across all formats. Featherlite’s custom SYNC 3-1 solution delivered exactly that. Everything packs into case-to-counter units, making shipping, setup, and teardown incredibly efficient. No riggers or waiting for crates required. At World of Concrete, their inline version included counters that doubled as product displays. Their island version includes a central tower offering built-in storage and vertical branding. With a single exhibit system that adapts to different floorplans, maintains brand consistency, and simplifies logistics, MA Industries is able to exhibit smarter and more efficiently across their entire show schedule.
