Featherlite warrants to Customer that the Services will be performed in a professional manner by Personnel having appropriate skill, experience, and qualifications, and that Deliverables will meet their Specifications. In order to make a claim under this warranty, Customer must notify Featherlite of that claim, describing it in commercially reasonable detail, within 90 days following: (a) in the case of Services that were not performed in a professional manner by Personnel having appropriate skill, experience, and qualifications, the performance of those Services; or (b) in the case of a Deliverable that does not meet its Specifications, Customer’s receipt of that Deliverable. If Customer makes a claim under this warranty, Featherlite will, at no additional cost to Customer, reperform the Services or repair or replace the Deliverable as necessary for this warranty to be satisfied; and if it is unable to do so, Customer may recover the fees paid to Featherlite for the deficient portion of the Services or the Deliverable. This warranty is the only warranty that Featherlite makes with regard to the Services and Deliverables. Featherlite does not make, and disclaims, any other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise existing or arising, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or noninfringement, and warranties arising from a course of dealing or trade practice.

To ensure the validity of this warranty, it is imperative to maintain the proper relative humidity levels within the designated space. Optimum relative humidity should be maintained between 45% and 55% throughout the year. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to adverse effects such as cupping, cracking, and other material failures.
Note, there are additional steps to mitigate this from happening though it does impact the aesthetics of the design. The specific steps would be to have seams at all cutouts and inside corners on laminated surfaces. While Featherlite Group employs measures to mitigate such occurrences, it is acknowledged that they are not entirely preventable due to the inherent nature of materials and the environmental conditions in which they are installed.

Furthermore, please note that Featherlite Group does not provide a warranty for laminates with cutouts and/or inside corners unless seams are present, or for painted components lacking reveals at substrate seams. This warranty does not cover damages arising from the mentioned circumstances. Deviations from these guidelines, including unauthorized installations or client-initiated modifications, may compromise the structural integrity and performance of the product, and as a result, void the warranty. It is imperative that the end-user, client, or any other party involved in the installation and use of our products strictly adheres to the specified guidelines to guarantee the applicability of this warranty.It is the responsibility of the end-user to adhere to the recommended environmental conditions and installation guidelines outlined in the product documentation to maintain the integrity of the warranty. Any modification to the product by the client or any party other than our authorized representatives or subcontractors will also render this warranty null and void.
